Autoreta is a product of Cubelet LTD ("we", "us", "our"), a company established in the United Kingdom. These Terms govern your use of our AI-powered customer service platform and related services (the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Accounts and Security

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, Billing and Taxes

Paid plans are billed in advance on a subscription basis as per the pricing presented at sign-up or otherwise agreed in writing. You may cancel at any time, with changes effective at the end of your current billing period. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.

5. Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, infringing, harmful, or deceptive activity.
  • No reverse engineering, scrserviceng at scale, or interfering with the Services.
  • No use that could damage, disable, or impair our systems.
  • No violation of applicable laws or regulations.
  • No use to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights.

6. Customer Content

You retain ownership of your content and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit, and display the content solely to provide the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you provide.

7. Intellectual Property

We and our licensors own all rights in the Services, including software, models, and branding. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Services.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

9. Warranties and Disclaimers
