Autoreta is a product of Cubelet LTD ("we", "us", "our"), a company established in the United Kingdom. These Terms govern your use of our AI-powered customer service platform and related services (the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a subscription basis as per the pricing presented at sign-up or otherwise agreed in writing. You may cancel at any time, with changes effective at the end of your current billing period. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.
You retain ownership of your content and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit, and display the content solely to provide the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you provide.
We and our licensors own all rights in the Services, including software, models, and branding. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Services.
Each party shall protect the other party's confidential information. We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim. Neither party shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, for security reasons, or to comply with law. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms here or via email. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
